The AUA Symptom Score¹ is a simple questionnaire designed by the American Urological Association that contains seven questions intended to classify the severity of your enlarged prostate symptoms. Select the response for each question that most closely corresponds to your recent experiences.

After you answer these seven questions, your score will be calculated immediately, and you will be given a brief interpretation of the score. Over the past month, how often have you had to urinate again less than two hours after you have urinated?

Over the past month, how often have you stopped and started, several times when you urinated?

Over the past month, how often have you had a weak urinary stream?

Over the past month, how often have you had to push or strain to urinate?

Over the past month, how many times did you most typically get up to urinate from the time you went to bed at night until the time you got up in the morning?

YOUR TOTAL SCORE

WHAT YOUR PROSTATE TEST SCORE MEANS
0-7 POINTS	Enlarged Prostate Symptoms are considered mild.
8-19 POINTS	Enlarged Prostate Symptoms are considered moderate.
20-35 POINTS	Enlarged Prostate Symptoms are considered severe.
