The AUA Symptom Score1 is a simple questionnaire designed by the American Urological Association that contains seven questions intended to classify the severity of your enlarged prostate symptoms. Select the response for each question that most closely corresponds to your recent experiences.
To mark your response, click on the button in the column which best describes your symptom. After you answer these seven questions, your score will be calculated immediately, and you will be given a brief interpretation of the score. Contact your physician for any questions that you have about the prostate test score results. Only your physician can diagnose BPH.
